Customer Service Agents

Are you someone who enjoys helping people deal with financial issues? Our customer service agents play an indispensable role in onboarding new clients and assisting existing customers throughout the debt relief process. As a customer service agent at Gateway Debt Relief, you’ll be our client’s first point of contact, providing them with help and guidance throughout their debt relief journey.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: You’ll respond to client phone calls and online inquiries and provide accurate and up-to-date information on how our debt relief programs work.
  • Problem Solving: Help clients resolve issues and walk them through the debt settlement process. Whether it’s answering a quick question, or resolving a complex debt resolution scenario, your ultimate goal is to support our clients and instill confidence in them that are programs are successful.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records about your interactions with customers. Update the CRM to ensure accurate record-keeping for each client.
  • Communication: Keep clients updated on the progress of their settlement. Follow up with prospective customers to inform them about the benefits of working with Gateway Debt Relief.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with our client management team daily. You will also work side by side with our finance and settlement teams to inform them about any customer service concerns or requests,

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and ability to interact with customers
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiency
  • Basic knowledge of financial services and lending industry
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Technical background and computer savvy is a plus

Database Administrator (DBA)

Are you skilled in managing complex datasets, and have you operated and optimized databases in the past? As a Database Administrator at Gateway Debt Relief, you’ll play an integral role in building out our new CRM and data systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in database administration and will have worked for a company with an extensive CRM.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Design, manage, and maintain our databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Data Security: Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard sensitive client and company information.
  • Backup & Recovery: Develop and execute backup and recovery plans to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity.
  • Performance Tuning: Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain system efficiency.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and other departments to align database operations with business needs.

  • Established proficiency in database management software (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Experience managing database recovery and backup
  • Project Management and leadership skills
