Gateway does not guarantee specific outcomes or debt reductions. The results of our services depend on various factors, including your ability to save funds for settlement offers and the cooperation of your creditors.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are outlined in your Client Agreement. These fees are typically contingent on successfully negotiating and settling your debts. You will not be charged upfront fees for our debt settlement services, as prohibited by law.
6. Lead Generation Services
Gateway may share your information with trusted partners who provide debt relief services. By using our services, you consent to being contacted by these third-party providers via phone, email, or text message. You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting us at support@gatewaydebtrelief.com.
7. Disclaimers
a. No Legal or Tax Advice
Gateway does not provide legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for assistance with legal or tax matters.
b. Credit Impact
Participation in a debt settlement program may negatively impact your credit score. Accounts enrolled in the program may be marked as delinquent or charged off by creditors.
c. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of third-party service providers. Please review their terms and conditions before engaging with them.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination

Upon termination, any fees owed to Gateway will remain payable as per your Client Agreement.

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Losses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gateway, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of our services
- Violations of these Terms
- Any misuse of third-party services
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Irvine, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
